Manufacturing



  • All the manufacturing units are designed to comply with current stringent GMP norms as proposed by world regulatory bodies like USFDA, MHRA, EU, and WHO, and accreditations from ISO 14000

  • Launched combination of Nitazoxanide and Ofloxacin, with the brand name Netazox-OF, first time in Asia.
  • Launched Nitazoxanide, an antidiarrhoeal drug, first time in India after successful clinical trials

Financial (2003-04)



  • Reported a TSR of Rs. 41.79 cr –more than meeting the shareholders expectations.
  • Maintained our per share earning on a 40 per cent enhanced equity base.
  • EBIDTA margins grew by 107 basis points to 11.77 per cent.
  • Revenues grew by 19.61 per cent
  • The net profit growth of 26.20 percent outperformed our revenue increase.
