At Ind – Swift a concern for the safety and environment is part of plans right from the drawing board. We provide a safe, accident free operations at our facilities and identify potential hazards before the manufacturing process begins. All manufacturing facilities are subjected to a detailed safety audit and risk assessment exercise.

We strive to prevent pollution of land, atmosphere and water and are committed to reduce, recycle and re-use all resources for conservation and waste reduction. To monitor and continuously improve our environmental management system, our employees are trained regarding health hazards.

All employees go through a pre – employment medical examination and thereafter,undergo periodical medical check- ups.
