Fexidine contains fexofenadine, a newer generation antihistamine.
Product Information & Mode of Action :- Fexofenadine exhibits the selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist activity thereby inhibiting the release of Histamines from mast cells.
Indications :- Fexidine is indicated in allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria. It effectively treats symptoms viz. sneezing, rhinorrhea, itchy nose/ throat/ palate and itchy/ watery/ red eyes. It significantly reduces pruritus and the number of wheals.
