Our manufacturing facilities have fully self reliant quality control department with sophisticated instruments to ensure complete conformity to stringent quality standards. We have fully computerized quality control system to support our operations round the clock. We also have advanced microbiological facilities that are in line with international standard. We accord the highest emphasis to quality.
Significant portion of the investment made in manufacturing have been in form of putting up high end technologies and automated facilities that ensure the highest level of process compliance and product quality. Advanced state of the art instruments have been used e.g .FTIR & NIR, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, GC with headspace & autosampler, HPLC, TOC with SSM, Karl Fischer Titrator, Malvern Particle size analyser (Wet & Dry), environmental ovens for stability testing and Microbiology laboratory to ensure the highest technological and quality standard.
