Manufacturing prowess

Ind-Swift operates six manufacturing plants dedicated to finished dosage forms and another three to the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

The group's first company, Ind-Swift Ltd, is dedicated to the former. It runs plants at Jawaharpur in Punjab(operated by GBU, it's exports arm), at Jammu (in Jammu & Kashmir), as well as two facilities each at two distinct locations in Himachal Pradesh -- at Parwanoo (Units 1 & II) and at Baddi (Units III & IV). Between them, they manufacture the complete array of finished dosage forms; producing everything from tablets, capsules, soft gels and injectables, to ointments, dry syrups, dry powder and granule filled sachets.

A company subsidiary, Ind-Swift Labs Ltd, is focused on producing active pharmaceutical ingredients. Plants at Derabassi in Punjab, at Jammu in J&K, as well as a joint venture project in Iran are operational.
